Shipping and FAQ
UK orders weighing less than 2kg are sent via the Royal Mail First Class Signed For service. According to Royal Mail, 93% of mail sent First Class is delivered the next working day. This service includes proof of delivery, so someone needs to be at home to sign for the package.
If you’d prefer your order sent First Class, without the need for a signature, or by a different carrier, please let us know in the ‘Customer’s Note’ section at checkout.
A courier option is also available to you at checkout. This may be more cost effective if your order is very large or heavy. We use only reputable courier companies, who we have good experience of, including Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx, Courier Point and DPD. Courier delivery within the UK generally takes one working day.We make sure to use services that provide adequate compensation in the unlikely event of loss of damage in the post.
Non UK Customers
We offer worldwide shipping at very competitive rates, using a range of reputable carriers. Non UK packages are despatched by Royal Mail Airmail, Royal Mail International Signed For or Courier delivery.
Airmail within Western Europe usually takes less than 3 working days, Eastern Europe 5 working days, and the rest of the world 5 to 7 working days. Packages sent by Airmail are insured up to the value of £20. No signature is required on delivery and Airmail parcels aren’t tracked. If your order comes to greater than £20, we strongly recommend opting for International Signed For or Courier delivery.
International Signed For packages are tracked within the UK, and a signature taken when the parcel is delivered. They are also tracked in 28 countries worldwide. Delivery times are the same as Airmail. International Signed For packages are insured up to the value of £50, with additional compensation available. We will always ensure your package is adequately insured and will include your tracking reference in the confirmation email we send you.

We use three main carriers, Courier Point, FedEx and DHL. Orders sent internationally take 2-4 days to be delivered. A signature is required on delivery and your package is adequately insured against loss or damage. If you need your order urgently, please contact us about the most suitable delivery method.
All Wet Phone Fix products are packaged with care, using the best quality materials, to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
We use postal tubes for our largest bags as well as Jiffy padded mailer bags.
We try to keep packaging to a minimum, to save you on postage and shipping costs. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so if you have a question, please contact us and we’ll answer it.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Wet Phone Fix will accept all refunds for items sent back to us within 14 days of the date of your purchase. The items must be in the same state we sent them out in and the customer will be expected, in the case of returns due to customer error, to pay for the shipping back to us. Customers who do return products will be given the choice of a full refund or a full refund in store credit, whichever they prefer and this refund shall take no longer than 7 working days (usually immediate).
All Wet Phone Fix customers have the right to cancel their order any time up to the point where we have dispatched your order. Cancelled orders shall be refunded either in store credit or in cash (customer's choice).
Wet Phone Fix will re-send or refund any order sent using a SIGNED FOR delivery method if you have not received it in 1 month from the despatch date. Most orders will be delivered much before this limit. If your order comes to greater than £20, we strongly recommend opting for International Signed For or Courier delivery.
